Women's leather handbags are made of high-grade cowhide leather, which is not only characterized by its quality and durability, but also impresses with its surface texture at first glance. Thanks to its premium workmanship, it becomes an elegant fashion accessory for many years. Indeed women's leather handbags have become very popular in recent years.
Material used
Women's leather handbags are all made from cowhide, which is the bottom part of the skin that is created by cutting off the top layer. This is then reinforced on the bottom with another layer of cow leather and the surface is then coated with a resin compound. Thanks to this coating, the colour of the leather is protected and various textures and patterns can be created on its surface.
Production process
The actual process of creating these women's accessories starts on paper. Vuch designers create a sketch on paper or in a digitized version to create a product sheet. This contains all the information needed for production. In production, they process the product sheet and create a sample to send to us. The designers then check the quality and, if necessary, send comments with changes to the production.
After approval on both sides, the sewing process begins. Our suppliers purchase in bulk the material that has been selected and approved for the ladies handbag product. Then, they cut out the necessary shapes from the leather using die-cutting knives, these are further folded, glued and stitched. Sometimes a lining is sewn into the inside of the product, or the product is left purely in leather, without a lining.
The final touches are cleaning the finished product and packaging it for shipment into our (your) hands.
