Returns and complaints

Our complaint procedures are governed by our Complaints Policy. You can find the full terms and conditions for withdrawing from a contract in our General Terms and Conditions. Returns and complaints for items purchased during promotions are subject to these specific rules. By submitting this form, you acknowledge these terms.

Unused and undamaged items purchased from our e-shop can be returned for free within 30 days of receipt. Simply send them back via GLS and we will cover the shipping costs.

Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
