RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS

If the goods do not suit you, you do not like or do not fit the dress, there is no problem returning or exchanging it without explanation within 30 days from the day you received the goods.

Send it packed in a suitable package so that it will not be damaged, back to the address you can find here together with the completed form (Return or exchange of goods) as a registered package. Do not send the package as pay on delivery ; we are not required to accept it in this way.

Be sure to indicate in the form whether you want to return or exchange the goods . In the case of a refund, be sure to include your account number so that we know where to send the payment to. It is also possible to keep the payment made as a credit for the next purchase. We will immediately send you a code that you can use at any time in our e-shop.

Your request will be dealt as soon as possible, the latest is up to 30 days since we have received the goods back.

COMPLAINT

We are very sorry if our goods have been damaged. In this case, you can file a complaint. Please do so as soon as possible without undue delay.

Send it to the address you can find here  together with the completed complaint form and a copy of the tax document (invoice). Pack the claimed goods in a suitable package so that they will not be damaged. Do not forget to state in the complaint form what solution you are proposing (repair, exchange, refund).

Complaints, including the elimination of defects, will be settled without undue delay no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint . The decision on how we will handle the complaint will be notified to you no later than three days from its receipt.

After the complaint has been settled, we will send you a confirmation of the date and method of settlement.

In case of acknowledgment of the complaint, the new warranty period does not expire. It may however be extended by the time the goods are in repair.

Our legal relationship is governed by the Complaints Policy , which we will follow when claiming goods.

If your entire shipment is lost, we will resolve the matter with the carrier ourselves. If the ordered goods are damaged, the courier of the transport service will pick them up from you the next working day.
