Pros

A larger-sized backpack that looks sleek, with a divided interior. The backpack has a nice shape and the colour is great.

Cons

The smaller zip pocket at the top of the backpack doesn't hold its shape if you put something in it, it tends to bend and makes the backpack harder to zip up.

Very nicely made, spacious backpack that comfortably fits a laptop and other essentials. The colour matches, the pockets for smaller items are great.

I would appreciate different shoulder straps, as the backpack seems more 'hiking' than 'business'.

I would prefer a firmer lining
Missing some pocket inside the back part for heavier items, because if I put the keys in the front, it deforms the backpack (the material twists inward).
