The Villushka pendant appears as a playful and gentle water fairy, yet the subtle glint of her tiny vampire fangs reveals a strong, autonomous female personality – one that isn't afraid to show her strength.
Villushka was created by ABODI Transylvania, inspired by the legendary character from Antonín Dvořák's opera – Rusalka, the mysterious water creature from the renowned Czech opera and Slavic folklore, also known as víla, navka, mavka or boginka. In Transylvanian mythology, mermaids also hold an important place, renowned for their cunning, changeability and magical abilities, called Sellő.
From the intertwining of these two mythical worlds, a new being was born: a magical guardian who brings good fortune – Villushka.
