The ABODI x VUCH LAB collaboration is an authentic regional story inspired by the cultural heritage and shared history of Central and Eastern Europe. For centuries, nations here have lived in close proximity, influencing one another—traditions, customs, visual culture, and legends evolved through continuous exchange. Czech, Hungarian, and Transylvanian cultural and historical narratives remain deeply intertwined to this day, and this collaboration is a contemporary reflection of this long-standing dialogue.
The capsule collection blends ABODI’s wave motifs, rooted in Transylvanian heritage, with a modern approach, transforming them into timeless yet bold silhouettes. It features two iconic handbags designed for adventurers and explorers who are always on the move.

The muse of this collaboration is Villushka, a newly created mythical character brought to life together. Her form draws inspiration from the Rusalka, Slavic legends, Transylvanian vampire myths, and ancient folklore of water nymphs. Along the rivers of Central and Eastern Europe, stories of seductive yet dangerous aquatic beings are deeply rooted—each nation and culture preserving its own variation of these interconnected myths.
Villushka appears as a playful and kind water nymph, yet a subtle glimpse of her tiny vampire fangs reveals a strong, autonomous female personality—one who is not afraid to show her power.
